My family has been going to Canoga Park Childcare in Marshall, MN for about a year and a half and we have had a great experience there. We started in the baby room at the West location when my oldest
son was about four or five months old (he is currently in the toddler room at the East location), and now
my second son is in the baby room at the West location.
It has been really fun to have some of the same staff members who cared for my oldest son and are now
taking care of my second. This is a testament to the high quality teachers at Canoga Park and their long
term employment there. You can be sure that the staff caring for your baby will be there to get to know
your family and watch your child grow.
Canoga Park has been great about communicating about my kids. I love that the Tadpoles app shares
their schedules- they had both my babies on solid nap and eating schedules soon after they started, and
I kept to those same schedules on the weekends. Teachers are also excited to share general notes about how their days are and go further into detail when needed. They also work on developmental
milestones with my kids. I know my baby is getting plenty of tummy time and sensory play at daycare (I
sure don’t make enough time for that at home!) and I am amazed every time my not-even-two year old
comes home singing new songs and using new vocabulary (body parts, animals, etc). They also love
taking the kids outside. The toddlers go outside almost every day if the weather allows, and they even take the babies out for walks. My kids have had a great experience at Canoga Park so far and I look
forward to continuing to grow with them.

It was nerve-wracking trying to find someone to watch our kids during the day. Finding someone you can trust is hard. That is why I felt so good about our choice to have our kids in Canoga Park Childcare. I always knew our kids were safe at Canoga.
The staff at Canoga learned about the needs of our children and got to know them as individuals. The director, Kim, made sure our children had the accommodations they needed. Kim went out of her way to make sure my family felt good about our experience.
Canoga always seems to be looking for ways to improve. They ask for input and bring in new games, books, toys, and activities all the time. When they felt like their outside play area needed remodeling, they invested in new playground surfacing and equipment. When we wanted more detailed reports at the end of the day, they implemented an electronic monitoring system which gives daily updates to parents.
I highly recommend Canoga Park Childcare. There may not be a better childcare place in southwest Minnesota.
